Checkout Process Flow

voye.in is a platform to connect local tour operators, resorts, home stays, trekking clubs, hospitals, adventure clubs, travel accessory manufactures, retailers, event organizers and other service providers (including but not limited to) or a facilitator of Services on behalf of third party service providers.

  • User selects the travel package as per his/her choice
  • Three options available for customers - Book, Customize, and Enquiry
BOOK
  • User clicks Book
  • If a registered user will redirect to Booking page
  • Registered user can book package online
  • If not a registered user, User has to register with us using Name, Contact Number, Email ID and location
CUSTOMIZE
  • User clicks Customize
  • If a registered user will redirect to Customization page
  • Registered User can customize the package accordingly and system will recalculate the new package amount
  • If not a registered user, User has to register with us using Name, Contact Number, Email ID and location
ENQUIRY
  • User clicks Enquiry
  • If not a registered user, User has to register with us using Name, Contact Number, Email ID and location
  • If a registered user, User has to provide his/her requirements
  • We will pass the query from customer to service provider (Tour Operator)
  • Service provider will redesign and recalculate package as per user requirements
  • Once Service Provider resolve the query, a new payment link will create and available for user to pay
Booking Process
  • User to select Date of Travel, Number of Participants
  • Number of adults, kids between age 0 - 6 and 6 - 12 should be updated
  • For kids age 0 - 6 is not billable
  • For kids age 0 - 6 is not billable
  • For kids age 06 - 12 is half price
  • Confirm Date, number of participants and click BOOK
  • Redirect to Booking Summary Page
  • Click on Continue Payment
  • Redirect to PayTM dashboard
  • Package amount will debit from user
  • Transaction compete and booking completion message on screen
  • Transaction successful SMS and Email to user from voye.in
  • If transaction fails, failure message to user
  • All bookings details available in Booking Summary of user account page
Cancellation and Refund
  • Navigate to Booking Summary
  • Click on View Invoice
  • Click on Cancel Booking
  • Update cancellation Reason
  • Confirm Cancellation
  • Cancellation Successful message on screen
  • User will receive a Cancellation Successful message by SMS and Email
  • Once voye complete the refund process, user again get a SMS and Email confirming the same
  • Refunds are being processed within 10 working days period however; we shall not be liable for any default caused in processing the refund amount owing to the delay caused by processing bank
Days before departure date when we receive your notice to cancel Cancellation charges
30 days prior to Journey 20% of the Tour cost
20 days prior to Journey 25% of the Tour cost
10 days prior to Journey 60% of the Tour cost
05 days prior to Journey 85% of the Tour cost
Below 5 days prior to journey 100% of the Tour cost

We will pay 100% refund, if we or service provider cancel the booking due to:

  • Labor unrest, insolvency or business exigencies
  • Voluntary by us or service providers due to operational concerns
  • If not received enough subscriptions for the package, if applicable
